apparently, the universe has deemed my website unfit,
and has erased the bulk of my site, no back up exists.
sigh…
what you see now was the old site, looks like twitter, back in the day.
in truth, this is a blessing.
for awhile now i have been saying, my site needs rebuilt.
my evolution as a metal smith, evident in the pieces produced.
so i am going to dig up some of these newer photos and in the meantime, showcase some of my favorite bespoke jewelry pieces.
green gemstones like tourmaline & emeralds really warm up in 18k yellow gold.
this platinum band features a green tourmaline, set in melted 18k.
the setting produces a pretty funky effect, the way the tourmaline captures the light through the holes…soft melted apertures…
to really see, you would have to see the ring rotating…
this is another reuse, recycle story.
a stone from her travels, and an old platinum band, joined together for new life…making something strong and sexy
